Booking/Payment and General Requirement

• Rates are in Thai Baht (THB) per room per night, including breakfast.
• 50% of deposit is required upon making reservation to confirm your booking. The balance is charged upon arrival.
• Each bungalow accommodates a total number of guests as showed as symbols on the accommodation page of our website. Exceeding the number of guests is granted only for children according to child policy as below.
• Baby cots are available with additional charge of 150 THB/night.
• Check-in time: 14:00 hrs. and Check-out time: 12:00 hrs.
• Beach towels and room towels are provided in the rooms.
• Room cleaning and changing bed sheets and towels is every 2 days; daily room sweeping is provided.
• Bringing the food to the room is strictly prohibited to avoid ants, rats, cockroaches, and garbage disposal problems.
• Outside food is not allowed in the resort area.
• Bluetooth speakers and live music are not allowed in the resort area.
• During your stay, please refrain from making loud noise that disturb other rooms.

Child Policy

• Age under 3 years old is free of charge.
• Age 3 up to 7 years old: charge for 250 THB/day/child for breakfast. Extra bed or mattress with additional charge are optional.
• Age above 7 up to 12 years old: must add extra bed with additional charge of 500 THB/day (including breakfast), or mattress on the floor with additional charge of 400 THB/day (including breakfast).
• Age above 12 years old consider as adult: not allowed to stay exceeding a number of room capacity.
• Extra bed and mattress on the floor could be applied only bungalow which space is available. For more details please contact us.

Cancellation, Late Arrival, and Period Change Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or postponement.
• Changing reservations to a shorter stay results in a non-refundable deposit of that shortened period.
• Early checkout results in a non-refundable room payment.
• Inform the resort at least 72 hours (3 days) before arrival if you will be late arrival.
• Failure to inform the late arrival will result in booking cancellation and a non-refundable deposit.
• The postponement request is subjected to room availability.

 Transfer Services

• Transfer from Thong Sala pier (Koh Phangan) to the resort is 250 THB/adult. Children age 3 upto under 12 years old is half price 125 THB/person. Children age under 3 years is free of charge.
• The minimum price per way is 400 THB in case there are less than 2 adults.

• From other piers (except Thong Sala Pier) and elsewhere in Koh Phangan to resort, transfer service is also available but rate is variable, please contact us for more information.
• From resort to piers and elsewhere in Koh Phangan, transfer service is also provided. Please contact our reception for more information during your stay.

• Breakfast: 8:00 AM – 10.30 AM
• Restaurant: 8.00 AM – 22.00 PM, (Outside Food/Drinks are not allowed)
• Swimming Pool: 8.30 AM – 7.00 PM
• Thai Massage & Spa: 10.00 AM – 8.00 PM
• Laundry: 50 THB/kg for normal service and 70 THB/KG for express
